Managing Project Wrap-Up followed October’s Lunch & Learn workshop on Managing Project Start-Up and invited attendees to consider closing protocols in their community-academic research projects.
By participating in this session, we hope that attendees can review the components of authentic partnerships and project closure agreements; list technical and logistic issues in project wrap-ups; and describe strategies to facilitate wrap-ups and maintain healthy, authentic partnerships.
Attendees received a key takeaways one-pager with quotes from the audience and facilitators; a copy of the slide deck; additional resources on data equity walks and engaging diverse communities; and English and Spanish language interpretation recordings.
Attendees are encouraged to use the ideas and practices discussed in the workshop to build equitable ending protocols in their own research projects.
This virtual workshop had Spanish language and ASL interpretation, and recordings will be made publicly available in both English and Spanish language.
