11:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST

Who is this webinar for:

Researchers and graduate students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) interested in accessing one of the country’s largest NIH-funded COVID-19 data hubs.

CCPH, in partnership with RADx-UP, is working on expanding access to data for researchers at MSIs.

Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx) is a national NIH-funded initiative comprising four programs working to streamline processes and identify quick, accurate, user-friendly COVID-19 testing methods that are easy to access and scale up. Data from the RADx Data Hub provides researchers and public health officials access to data collected from hundreds of research studies working better to understand outcomes, disparities, and possible solutions. RADx data looks at testing and surveillance methods, barriers, and strategies to support real-world implementation.

This webinar aims to:

  • Introduce the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics in Underserved Populations’ Coordination and Data Collection Center (RADx-UP CDCC)
  • Explain how to request, access, and search the NIH RADx Data Hub
  • Share more about RADx data and methods of collection
  • Provide an opportunity to learn more from a RADx-UP funded community project at Howard University
  • Discuss opportunities to collaborate with the RADx-UP CDCC
