If you are having trouble logging in to your account, attempt these troubleshooting techniques:

- You only need a “Basic Profile” to view the Resource Library. If you are getting to a payment page-this means you are already logged in.
- After creating an account, always log in using the “Member Login” link at the top of the drop-down menu.
