Engaging Community Health Workers to Achieve Health Equity in North Carolina

In partnership with North Carolina Community Engagement Alliance (NC CEAL), Community-Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) will host a training to provide an up-to-date overview of community health workers (CHWs) in North Carolina. Attendees will gain insight from CHW lived experiences so they can engage CHWs in their own communities. 

Learning Outcomes:

1. Create new connections with community members and community health workers (CHWs) in North Carolina.
2. Describe how CHWs’ lived experiences inform their health equity work.
3. Identify best practices on how to engage CHWs in your communities.
