Kimberly Askew, DSL, MPA

Kimberly Askew brings nearly 12 years of operations experience in the nonprofit and small business sectors. She is passionate about systems change and draws on her analytical skills and expertise to creatively address organizational challenges. She founded AskQ Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on partnering with nonprofits and small businesses to achieve impact and scale related to operations and strategy development.
Before launching AskQ Consulting, she worked as Senior Vice President of Operations and Administration for a statewide nonprofit intermediary, the North Carolina Community Development Initiative. Her experience in this role enabled her to design, manage, and implement various organizational systems and processes that improved operations, business efficiencies, and workflow. She was also directly responsible for leading teams, managing organizational development, strategic planning, and culture-setting.
Kimberly has a passion for learning, growing, and serving others. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University. She also has a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
